Processing time

Orders placed before 6 pm (Paris time) are processed the same day by our fulfillment partner. Processing your order does not mean it has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. We work with specialized fulfillment partners to ensure quality control and careful handling, which means orders are processed specifically for you rather than shipped from a local warehouse. The extra time helps us maintain a high-quality experience.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Free shipping on orders over €60. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.
