Materials & Care
Care instructions depend on the item and its components. Check the label and supplied manual before washing, cleaning or charging.
Textiles and covers
- Check the label for the material composition and permitted washing method.
- Only remove a cover if the instructions say it is removable.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron an item unless its care label allows it.
Heated and rechargeable items
- Switch the item off and disconnect it from charging before cleaning.
- Keep electrical parts and charging ports dry. Do not immerse them in water.
- Follow the supplied instructions for the charging cable, power supply and cleaning method.
Earbuds and charging cases
Keep liquid out of speakers and charging contacts. Use the cleaning method stated in the manual and let the parts dry fully before charging.
Humidifiers and scented products
Follow the instructions for emptying and cleaning the water tank. Only add essential oils if the device’s instructions explicitly allow this. Follow the bottle label for the intended use of any oil.
