Refund policy

Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How to request a return:
Email support@zunada.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send
instructions for returning your item.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment
method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
